1. Quotes
Our quotes are non-binding and subject to change regarding price, delivery availability, and delivery time limits.

2. Retention of Ownership
All goods supplied by us remain our property until all accounts receivable have been paid in full. This retention of ownership also extends to new products created through processing. If goods supplied by us are combined or mixed with goods that do not belong to us, we acquire co-ownership of the new goods produced. In the event of resale before the full purchase price has been paid, the claims accruing to the buyer as a result of the further processing pass to us.

3. Terms and Conditions of Delivery
The stated prices are to be understood as ex works, exclusive of packaging, plus VAT.

For orders with a value of € 1000,- or more, we deliver free of charge within Germany. For deliveries abroad, we charge freight and packaging costs separately.

The minimum quantity is 1 kg/l for items with a kg/l price below € 250.00.

Please note that we can only process orders starting at a minimum order value of € 300.00.

4. Terms of Payment
For new clients, we work on cash-in-advance basis. Other terms of payment by agreement.

5. Force Majeure
Circumstances for which we are not at fault, such as strike, lockout, fire damage, orders issued by government agencies, shortages of raw materials, etc., exempt us from the obligation to make delivery for the duration of the disruption.

6. Insurance
All goods are sent out at the buyer’s risk; we do not insure goods except at the buyer’s express request. We assume no liability for losses occurring due to breakage or other damage.

7. Take-back of Packaging

According to the German Packaging Act (VerpackG), we refer to the possibility to take back packaging placed on the market by us within Germany free of charge at the place of actual handover or in its immediate vicinity. Packaging must be empty, free of foreign matter and contamination. If aforementioned duties are not fulfilled, we may charge the purchaser for any additional costs incurred.

With respect to high energy and transportation costs, and especially from an ecological standpoint, the return of empty containers that are not suitable for reuse is questionable. We therefore ask the buyer to continue the procedure practiced to date and to recycle or reuse the packaging themselves.

Please get in touch with us via your contact person if you plan to return empty containers.

8. Complaints
Complaints can only be accepted if they are made without delay, and in any event, no later than one week after the goods are delivered. In the event of justified complaints, we will provide a replacement delivery or credit, at our selection. We are not liable for damage or losses occurring through processing of defective goods. Minor quality fluctuations whose root cause lies in the naturalness of the product itself or the raw materials used therein do not constitute grounds for complaints or claims for damages.

9. Place of Performance and Place of Jurisdiction
The place of performance for delivery and payment is 74348 Lauffen am Neckar, Germany. The place of jurisdiction is Heilbronn, Germany.

10. Miscellaneous
Our deliveries are made exclusively based on the above terms and conditions of sale and delivery.

The buyer of our products is responsible for checking and complying with all issues arising through processing with regard to the statutory provisions.

The seller is not liable for any legal defects arising as a result of the name of the product sold being protected under trademark law by third parties.
